Judy Barber, Hippocrates Health Educator and author of Good Raw Food Recipes, is passionate about plant-based food for physical and emotional wellbeing and for the sake of our precious environment. While simply changing to vegan food can make a huge difference to all of these, knowing more about plant-based nutrition can make an even bigger one! Importantly, your food has to taste very good so it’s easy to make the transition and stick with it!

Judy will show you how to easily make delectable raw sauces to transform simple meals into gourmet delights, teach you how to grow ridiculously nutritious sprouts in your kitchen, tell you about powerful culinary spices and share important knowledge about supplements you might want, or not-want, , to accompany your vegan food. She will answer questions and sign copies of Good Raw Food Recipes. Come to her presentation at 12.00 and find her sttall in Main Hall where there will be salad boxes, dips, crackers, and sugar-free all-natural raw sweet treats, and recipe books of course.

Cooking With Poco Culina


During this 30 minute demonstration, Andy, owner and Head Chef at Poco Culina will demonstrate how to make a quick and easy cashew nut ”cheese” that can be made in 15 minutes and has many uses in everyday plant based cooking. Andy will discuss it’s uses in family eating and will have some available to taste.

He will also introduce Poco Culina, Cheltenham’s exclusively plant based prepared food delivery and catering business and in particular, the cooking demonstrations and supper parties Poco Culina offers in customer’s homes.


This food demo will be held in The Holst Suite at Cheltenham Vegan Fair 2017.
